"Had the worst experience yesterday go to this bath and body works a lot everyone great but their manager Kim very rude and disgusting to her other employees. She is a blonde about 5’5 very hostile. I’m not even sure how she got the employment as a manager. Very bad customer service. also, unable to fix problems was ready to yell at all employees. I don’t know if she just had a bad day or if she just does other things. and don’t have time to do with customers but worst experience. If that manager is in there you definitely don’t wanna go because if you have any questions, she cannot answer them and she will lie and can’t even justify where she got the lie from."
