"I was there being helped by the guy in the shoes. I had asked for a different size and he said just a minute then went on to help this old man. He never got the shoes I asked for or looked in my direction again. After a bit I just walked out without the tennis shoes I wanted to purchase."
"As we walked in this morning, the young lady working the front counter greeted us. We asked for the location of the soccer gear. She pointed us in the direction, then called over the store pa system that customer service was needed in the soccer area! Great touch to customer service. By this pair. I feel bad I didn't get their names. but it had to have been the opening staff as the store had just opened. Thanks for all your assistance today in getting our size 3 soccer ball and for making sure it was inflated!!!"
"I ❤️ Big 5. Always buy the cheap shoes about 4 times a year. Bought several summer sleeping bags that are really great. Also some basic camping gear. I have some 4 season bags and more high-quality gear that you won't find here. But the basics? Hell yeah!"
"Some products are shown with the wrong price and when I made my claim and showed the existing price to the manager, they told me that they are not aware of that and that they cannot honor the price shown because it is simply lower. Really??? This manager's ego would rather save the company a couple of bucks than leave a satisfied and happy customer."
