Not only did he clearly explain how the selection and sections worked, he also very nicely explained how Lids can do custom embroidery on hats, and I was excited to hear that for a few extra bucks, the embroidery can be raised….Steven answered all my questions and was very helpful. Also, when we left, my friend accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind, and Steven was quick to make sure the items weren’t picked up by someone else, and when we retraced our steps, Steven was there hoping/waiting for us to return…..bravo Steven, and thx for the info and solid service."
