"Great service but didn't have the items we needed."
"I'm sitting here at this store waiting while the friend tries on different fitted jeans, and the young lady Alysha is running around this store like a mad woman interacting and helping EVERY single customer that walks by. She's running pairs of jeans in and out for my friend and and making the necessary suggestions not just for the sale, but for the brand. She's realizes she's not in the clothing business, she's in the business of customer service. This woman is amazing and represents the business like no other at this establishment."
"Came to return a gift that was too big, for a friend. I was greeted but as soon as I stated I was here for a return all the workers faces turned grim. I know no one likes a return but don't make it obvious. They asked me if I wanted to look for something else I said no because I looked at the reviews and a couple of people stated they don't carry larger sizes for this store location. They let me know you can't return clearance items only exchanges and I haven't shopped in a Torrid store in a long time so I asked to be shown where in the receipt does it say that and she pointed on the back of the receipt where it shows the policy in SPANISH. I'M NOT EVEN HISPANIC! I was honestly shocked I have never experienced RACISM from Customer Service, my experiences have always been good with Torrid until Today. I stayed quiet and just looked at the English policy where did state that. I browsed to look for items but sure enough they didn't have anything in larger sizes. I grabbed my stuff and I will go to a different store, where I know I won't run into that issue."
"I had an amazing experience with Sabrina. She made me feel so welcomed, comfortable and confident! She even offered to get me properly fitted for a bra! Something I have never done. I was extremely nervous because I feel very self conscious about my body, especially after having a baby. She made it so easy to find clothes and bras that suited me very well! Im so very grateful for the help she and Alicia offered."
"I love Torrid. The staff is super helpful and sale days are amazing took my BFF shopping for her birthday she landed this cute flannel top, some super cute stressed leggings and amazing boots plus a couple other items all for under 200$ bucks. It was also her first time shopping at Torrid and needless to say, she loves them too!"
