Tomo Noodles

"My husband and I went looking for the Fremont Buffet only to find out it had been replaced with a Food Hall. We walked inside and found Tomo Noodles. We are originally the islands so we like our Asian foods. I ordered the Won Ton Mein and my husband had the Fried Saimin. We were impressed with the flavor and the size of the portions. We would highly recommend this hidden gem in the Fremont Casino to our family and friends visiting Las Vegas."

"This place is good enough to eat sober! Came in late night, placed an order and sat at the bar top. Food came within 15 minutes. It was exactly the flavors and punch I needed to get me geared back up for the rest of the night. There’s really no reason to eat here other than a nice break. Everything comes with a lid already on."

"Only three items available for redeeming meal tickets from the Cal. Not worth it. The saimin is ourplain, no flavor. They give you packet Aloha shoyu, but I needed more. It could use some pepper and Tabasco to help. The broth taste like the water they used to blanch the cabbage and thats it. Not enough dashi to give the flavor. My mom ordered the Tomo fries, but they gave her some other saimin, so we had to correct the cook on that order. That one tasted ok. The passion fruit tea was warm at the bottom and cold (from the ice) on top. Needed to be stirred, it tasted eh, ok"

"It's Ramadan, it's stays open late (11pm). On my way back from the Mosque on the westside, I stopped in and ordered the Tomo noodles. Substituted the pork for chicken but my cashier looked out for me told me the broth was also pork, so he replaced it with chicken broth. It paired well with my Taro slush. I appreciated the attention to detail and respect for my dietary restrictions. i will definitely be back"

"What a great addition in the downtown area. Tomo is located in the new food hall in the newer area of Freemont Hotel. With a handful of choices, I wanted to ramen to sober up. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and Crispy Won Ton. The Ramen soup was good. It actually tasted more like chicken broth as opposed to pork broth. It's not a bad thing as it tasted good. Also, I ordered my noodles al dente, which was perfect for me. I don't like soggy noodles. The won ton was good in flavor, but a couple of pieces were still cold on the inside. The ponzu sauce went well with it to add more flavor. The only negative is the cashier. Not friendly, but the other guy helping and bagging the food was really helpful. Overall, I'd definitely return if I'm in the area."
