We had no clue what we were doing and couldn't find the right parts to get our dryer connected. Even though Furguson specializes in plumbing, someone at Lowes suggested we go talk to them. They were able to diagnose our problem, get us the parts we needed, and an hour later our closes were drying in our new gas dryer. Thanks to the wonderful and helpful staff at Furguson!"

If I cannot call the location directly, and your stupid phone system is staffed by a collection of inept work-from-homers, how can I get parts information and guidance from people at the store level WHICH ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THIS COMPANY who know what they're talking about, then what kind of business do you have? 5 phone calls and 11 people, and never transferred to a live rep at the store level. Your comms model sucks. FIX IT."
"We had to swap out our water heater that was still under warranty, as well as get several parts. Most helpful staff! I believe Ellen mainly helped us & she was so knowledgeable and helpful. The other guys that were working were also very helpful. Thank you Ferguson! We will absolutely do future business with you."
