"Be prepared to spend a couple hours here. Watching them stuff the bears was really interesting. If it is your child's birthday, they can get a special birthday bear for $1 for each year they are old. 3 years=$3. The accessories will cost, and there are lots to choose from."
"This was our first time at this location and for our baby. Billie was exceptional!!! She made the whole experience great. She had such a sweet personality and really seemed to liked her job. She made it a much more magical experience for the kids vs just grabbing a bear and stuffing it. She made sure to show us the new bear that blinks and responds to voices so you can tell she cares about up selling at her job. As someone who worked in retail it was the hardest part for me.Thank you Billie!!"

"December 26, 2022 In store was awesome. Not sure who, it was around 2pm. Online order shipped short an in demand item and still charged us. Got a refund with no explanation and still short. Called and they had it in stock. Went right there and the shelf was empty for it. Staff had set one aside. Not sure if it was policy, but thank you. They also said this has happened close to 100 times recently, maybe more. Specifically Sonic orders."
