"Don’t ever expect a credit if you need to return an item to their warehouse/online store. I made a purchase in store on March 19th and they shipped a pair of shoes to me because they didn’t have my sons size in store. The shoes arrived and didn’t fit so I returned them for a credit (found something else for Easter). They received the shoes on April 9th but didn’t process the return till May 4th. I’ve been calling weekly to ask why I haven’t grown my credit and all they keep saying is “it can take up to 6-8 weeks to see the credit to my bank”. In most cases when you return something it can take up to 5-8 business days, not 2+ months!! Never buying from them again. No credit yet, as of today June 18th."
