"No line up. Literally just me and I asked for a cappuccino venti and two baked goods, the lady said I couldn't have one of the baked goods even though it was clearly there... she didn't offer another option either (I work in the service industry too) which I wouldve done if I were in her position. She was very rude. Made my cappuccino with half coffee and half froth too. Which is not a very well made cappuccino. Then when she was done with my order, other people were lining up and she made them wait to go talk to a family member for 5 minutes. I get that your short staffed, but it's not our fault, and the least you could do is try. I'm not buying my pretentious coffee here anymore. Thanks for the examples of terrible service, I'll make sure to inform my colleagues about what NOT TO DO."
