"This place was very cute with lots of real tea options. I got the Hawaiian paradise with lychee jellies and mini boba! I have never seen mini boba before and they are adorable and so soft!"
"I lived in China for a couple of years and used to get milk cap teas on the regular there. This place has tea that's really similar to the quality I had when I was there. The Tiramisu milk cap tra half sweet is perfect. The staff is super friendly and I love the fresh clean decor."

"Hong Kong milk tea is a mixture of 3 black teas. It is really good if you like strong black tea flavor. I highly recommend it with no sweetener added.. And with boba. The sweetness from the boba balances well with the strong tea flavor. Parking structure in the back is good for 72 min. Yes... 72 min precisely. You can enter the business from the back, too."
"There’s a couple dedicated spots in the parking garage towards the beginning. This location has seating and tables that has a chill and lounge vibe. Bright and spacious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. No joke, best customer service I’ve ever had at a boba shop. My fav is the cheese foam Jasmine green tea because it’s nice and creamy with a hint of salt."
