"No caramel in my Caramel Latte. Does not accept mobile orders and does not accept the app. No rewards. Same prices as Starbucks. Very limited food options. New Empanadas are bland on one side and super salty on the other (sausage is all on one side) Not worth the money!"
"This need to get out of the airport. If you’re enjoying your trip and looking to go home with a good mood DO NOT get your drinks or food here. People who work here have ZERO customer service, they hate their job, they love ruined your last day. There was barely line but I literally had to walked out because I witnessed the staff bullied every single customers they are helping with attitude and rudeness. I hope they get shut down and have any other business who would love to serve visitors."
"Got in like at 8:02am got my food at 8:50am. By the time I placed my order they were already out of chorizo and egg wraps. It wasn't even 9am and they were running out of things. Not to mention I've seen DMV employees move with a greater sense of urgency, it's like they were completely unaware that the line was a mile long and people needed to get on flights."
"I’ve ordered the iced coffee with coconut donut and there is no difference in taste as if you order them in any other stores. Dunkin’ needs to improve their quality, uniqueness and lower their price. $3 for a regular donut is too much."
