"I have come here a couple times now and have had such horrible customer service each time. Like barley stops talking to eachother to take my order. Very rude about my order. This was Monday 2/26 at 7pm.. I would be so disappointed to have employees like this. Straight up rude, I guess that’s Vegas airport standards lol"

"So I had a cold brew, it was great with some sweet foam on top but that's not the kicker, the kicker is the egg bites I've never tried them before but they blow the doors off of the Starbucks egg bites, not even close. And the staff that was super friendly, what more could you ask for?"

"THIS RATING PERTAINS TO THE COFFEE BEAN AT TERMINAL 3 LAS VEGAS AIRPORT I ordered my beverage with a very pleasant lady. As I was waiting in line she has phenomenal conversations with people. As I waited for my beverage, I notice a black female, maybe about 5ft tall (or under) with long braids. She was wearing a romper with suspenders and a red long sleeve shirt. I noticed the lady going into the fridge and grabbing different wraps from the back of the fridge. At first I thought she was stocking more wraps but I noticed she started removing the condiments from the wraps and then placing the wraps back!! I was in shock. I thought she was an employee but after I noticed she was taking the condiments from the wraps, I assumed she was a random person just needing condiments. But then I see her walking to the back area of coffee bean often! I was in shock to find out that a very own employee of coffee bean was taking the condiments for her own personal use!! She was sitting down on the side eating her lunch and using the condiments with her other coworker! This drove me up the wall. People spend an arm and a leg to purchase expensive food and beverages at airports for them not to be completely in tact. When a person goes to purchase a wrap their going to get it with no condiments! That is absurd. I’m sure if a person asked for condiments at the counter they would be told “we don’t have any”. If they did have condiments, I’m sure the female wouldn’t be taking them from the wraps and would be grabbing the ones from the back! I would of written this review for the coffee bean at terminal 3 but it’s not showing up on the maps!"

"The best latte I have ever had so far. I am a big Starbucks fan, but their Matcha green with oat milk tasted out of the world. The staff is extremely courteous and quick service is provided. To the gentleman at the shop next to the escalator after security checking... thank you for being such a welcoming person and offering the morning latte with such high spirits"
