"To the girl thats working here this morning, by herself, do better. My husband went to get our mobile order this morning at 5:45am on febuary 18th 2024, his lid was completely cracked and he didn't see it till he went to take a drink and coffee spilt everywhere. He was just in the drive thru and went it to get another lid. Instead of a lid he got complete attitude and told that it's not her problem that the lid was cracked. Excuse me sweet heart but it is your problem since you decided you didn't want to grab him another lid for his coffee.. idk what you're going through but that's not how you treat people. I'm sorry you are the only one in this morning but do better. Hope you have the day you deserve."
"I was so excited about this Starbucks , because it right down the street. I keep giving it an opportunity, but it ALWAYS disappoints! The one reason I love Starbucks is the online ordering because I can pick up and go. My order is never ready no matter how long in advance I order. Every time it’s either out of stock or made incorrectly. I only like the blonde roast if I order hot coffee and they never have any ready, but tell me why they always wait till I get there to ask if they want me to make a new one or I could just take the dark roast. Like why couldn’t you just start a new one this whole time I ordered?? It’s beyond frustrating, I would think by now they would have gotten it together. I will just keep driving down the street on Charleston and Decatur, they don't disappointed and if they do they are quick to fix and make a new with a smile on their face. Unlike this location they will get upset because you choose to start a new batch of coffee."
"Always a pleasure walking into Starbucks on S Decatur! Kitty is amazing! I’ve been coming here just shy of a year when I’m in town for work! She always greets me by my name with a beautiful, kind smile! The manager and staff are also eager to greet you as well and make you feel welcome at their location!"
