"The barista who made my order seems like he was bothered by me placing my order and it wasn't even correct I said coconut milk numerous times but regular milk no white mocha syrup no caramel in a caramel macchiato with white mocha syrup added... If you don't want to do the job quit..."

"Usually go thru the drive through and this is a top notch Starbucks. Drinks always good and service is friendly and fast. My go to is the ice pumpkin cream foam chi with a shot of blonde espresso. Blonde espresso in drinks could change your drink game. Check it out."

"This used to be my favorite location because the drinks were consistent. Over the last 2 weeks or so I’ve been really disappointed. I pay almost $7 for a venti hot coffee only for it to be the amount of a grande. Normally I wouldn’t complain so much but the fact that inflation is never ending and this is now the third time??? Yeah, I’m irritated and will no longer be going to this location. For reference I put one of the “venti” drinks in a 17oz tumblr and it didn’t even fill that. I also included the tops of the drinks so you can see I haven’t taken a sip or there would be lipstick. I ordered a venti psl with no whip or foam and a venti chestnut and praline latte also with no whip or foam today at about 1:30pm for the 1/2 off yay day. I’m feeling more like nay and totally ripped off, again."

"I have been coming here for a bit now . I always buy a drink. I come to do work . Over the period I have been coming the have hired some new people. The new people are not the best. There are 2-3 that are always in a bad mood. They got rid of the outlets. But after realizing that letting all the homeless come would not be good for business . Yeah maybe not the best to allow homeless to stay there all day in the first place . They close shop randomly like today without prior notice . Just kicked everyone out and the lady told us they were closing so we had to leave and acted as if we needed to get up immediately as she said it lol. Now don’t get me wrong some the baristas have always been great but some of these new ones think they own the place and own peoples time . There are several Starbucks in the valley. Just bad management overall for this location."

"This is supposed to be a venti, barely half full also I asked for a extra hot barely came warm this location disappoints me every time I don't know why I waste my time here. They also forgot to give me my danish, on my way to work so I don't have time to turn back for a freaking $4 danish."
