"My first experience was amazing when I came here.Now came with my family for their very first time and honestly communication and customer service was pretty horrible felt rushed while ordering .. we Order straight off the menu of our phones and showed the guy pictures of what we wanted. 2/3 drinks were wrong. My family were Definitely embarrassed to be there, they did not wanna go up to have it fixed and make a scene and we just left. Definitely will not come back after that considering you guys embarrassed me in front of my family like that, when I was hyping the place up so much to them."
"When I say the entire crew here made my nephews night I mean the entire crew. My man taking the ride seen he had a medal in from the backseat. Asked him about it and screamed to everyone else that he won state 8 year old wrestling match. Gave him a free coffee and just had a great conversation. The best DB I’ve been to hands down."
"Overall, Dutch Bros is a great establishment. Their drinks, compared to SB, are vastly superior, more consistent, and considerably cheaper. In fact, a normal family of 3-4 can actually afford drinks for everyone! The staff is extremely helpful and understanding, which is what puts them in the 5 star zone!"
"The employees are always happy to help and put you in a good mood. I've never ordered something that I haven't enjoyed. The drive thru hasn't been backed up any time I've gone, and it's 100% a result of the employees working the lines outside. The efficiency is at the same level of Chick-fil-A, for sure. We will definitely be returning to this location any time we're in Vegas. Friendly, smiling faces and delicious caffeine!"
"I love Dutch bros, but since I have moved to Vegas in 2023, I have noticed just about every location has awful speed of service. It should take 2-3 minutes per car max to make their drinks and serve them, but you can and will often find yourself waiting 20-40 minutes in the drive through. Which in retrospect is absurd. This also makes some customers aggressive and others wish there was an escape button in the drive through. At one location, I watched a truck get upset almost multiple other customers vehicles and drive over the chain barrier to exit. This customer was that upset and honestly, sometimes I don’t blame them. Instead I think we all think about doing this from time to time."
