"Visited on 3/4/22 around 8:00am The only barista there was busy grinding coffee as she was 2 weeks ago when I visited. My point? I was never acknowledged! After speaking to her from the back of her head I heard,I'll be with you in a moment. A few moments later I asked was it possible for me to purchase something? The reply? Are you upset because I have to grind coffee in the morning? No I'm upset because I'm waiting for you to finish grinding coffee while I'm attempting to purchase something! I don't know the young lady's name nor did I waste my time asking understand that I bought one item! Though my original intent was to buy four or five and if it wasn't for my wife wanting that one item I wouldn't have bought that! Customer service at it's worst!"
"I come here frequently. Even when it is busy the staff always works quickly and efficiently. I have never had an order made incorrectly. I enjoy getting my morning coffee here before work! Highly recommend"
