"Went to order a drink at Starbucks The lady told me they are closed. I asked what time do you close? She said at 5pm I said it 4:45pm. If you close at 5:00pm, why can’t I order a drink. Her response was because they are closing at 5pm. Apparently this lady does not have or care about customer service."

"FRUSTRATED!!!. today (Dec 10, 2017) at 11:22am. I ordered my usual, a steamed milk with eggnog. I had groceries melting so I paid, got my steamed milk/eggnog and left. while driving I tasted it and it wasn't good. Not only did I pay almost double my normal amount but I ended up with an eggnog Latte. I don't like coffee, didnt ask for coffee nor a latte. i even told her this amount isnt what i normally pay something is wrong. I was very clear I wanted steamed milk with eggnog #frustrated so I threw away 5.25 because it wasn't drinkable. #nothappy. the receipt says the name is adam. but it was a woman taking and filling the order."
