Fortunately, I decided to stop by this store in search of a white dress shirt, and I'm thrilled that I did. The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman named Pat, who works at this store. Pat not only measured me but also patiently assisted me in trying on multiple dress shirts until I found the perfect fit. I'm incredibly grateful for the time and effort he put into ensuring I had an excellent customer experience from beginning to end. While I can't vouch for other Men's Wearhouse locations, Pat made my visit here incredibly smooth and enjoyable. It's essential to recognize the value of exceptional employees like him. "Bad experience in this particular store they need to improve their customer service. A gentleman was helping me out and a few minutes later he disappear then a girl come to help me and same thing and a few days later I went to pick up my suits and they give me a clear plastic bag like the ones for dry cleaners I ask the guy for a suit bag he said they not free if I want it i have to pay about 50 dollars more after I spend over 600 dollars with them I don’t recommend this particular store they don’t care about the customer"
