"In the middle of a long night at Carson-Tahoe Regional Hospital, we were excited to see the Starbucks there is open 24 hours. But we were even more delighted to meet a very uplifting, cheery, caring barista behind the counter! Des (short for Destiny) is just the type of person you want to talk to in the middle of the night in a sad and scary circumstance. She treated us and the other customers so kindly. Kudos to Starbucks for hiring this gem! (Colleen Janes and George Vick)"
"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! There is this lady that is so rude! She doesn't heat up the food when I asked to! One day, I got 3 frappuccinos and it was supposed to cost like 16 but she charged $20!! We told about it and did our calculations with her manager. She said she was still right even though her manager said we were right. She truly messes up and it isn't fair. She also throw my change back! So rude. But the rest of people that work there beside her are nice and warm."
