"I always bring my vehicles here. They seem pretty meticulous. They're always checking to see if they put the caps back on and everything is tight. Plus I don't have to worry about disposing of the old oil , which is a pain. Even when they're busy , I get in and out pretty quick."
"The two gentlemen that were at Jiffy Lube this morning were Very friendly and extremely helpful. They walked me through the process of the inspection on my vehicle. What was found what was really needed. They didn’t try to upsell me or get me to do repairs that were not necessary. The service was extremely fast and thorough. "The manager was amazing. I got a critical oil change warning. I was 40 miles away and this was the only place within 50 miles that was open on Sunday and would get oil and a filter for a BMW. When I called, the manager was amazing. He assured me he would get the oil/filter in advance and be waiting when I got there. I had to wait for a tow truck to bring my car and I arrived at 3:50 right before they 4pm close time. The team did not rush, they completed the oil change and an inspection to make sure everything was ok. Just unbelievable service! Above and beyond!"
