"Its been 2 years since I had them install a hvac system and plumb in a water softener. At first I was impressed by the speed they come out, but I all ended there. First they didn't bring a light so they used mine. Then when they installed my water softener they hooked it to my water heater other, saying I didn't need soft cold water. Atfer I called the 4th time to get it fixed they finally sent someone to fix it and had to move it. Then tried to charge me for their mistake. The last 2 summer I had trouble keeping my house cool in the house, tonight I found out way. The ac coil house has lots of gaps and not even close to sealed. I dont think they even tried. I will call them in the morning to see what if anything they will do, but have already called two hvac people to fix it."

"I wouldn't give this company even a half of star. They do shotty work, they installed a shower that was cracked and repaired and then over charge me for it. Then they did some of the worst plumbing I've ever seen on the drain. I mean how hard is it to do that type of job? Answer: its not I could have done it if I wasnt working a fulltime job that was physically laboring at the time. Let this be a lesson to me..."
