"I always try to shop local- if you need any customer service from here- GOOD LUCK- we bought a stove from them and when we got it home and opened the box the outside had small dents on the side and paint was missing on the side( thankfully)- we called to get help to either bring back or get money off the product- the gal said she would talk to the salesman- still have never heard back from her- we have called many times and talked to another man with no help- pretty sure she knows my husband’s cell number and won’t even answer the phone- TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Buyer beware- don’t make the mistake we did- demand to open all boxes before leaving this store with your purchase"
