Angie took some info to check with the service team and called me back within a couple hours letting me know they could add me to the service list. The next morning she called back to let me know they planned to come out that day, which was great as the furnace had quit overnight. The technician was here mid morning and had my furnace running again within a couple hours. Overall great experience, awesome customer service!"
