"My husband and I are very satisfied with this vet clinic. We switched here from Banfield over a year ago and have been receiving more compassionate and individualized care rather than an appointment mill focused on volume rather than quality. We bring our two cats and our dog to this clinic. My cats are sweeties but can be a little fearful at the vet. The way the staff approaches and speaks to them keeps them calm and relaxed and they don’t act stressed out after the appointment. One of my kittens needed a dental cleaning and procedure - this vet clinic sent me home with a comfort pack to give my cat prior to the procedure to help make the experience less stressful as well as prevent post-operative nausea. This pre-treatment did not overly sedate him, which I was worried about, but rather more relaxed (not crying in the carrier, that sort of thing) but could still walk around normally. My dog is a huge scaredy cat but again they are so gentle with him and really take their time instead of rushing at him which prior vets have done. He actually seems to over all enjoy the vet, hoping right on the scale and letting the staff pet and love on him. He recently had an ear infection and they were so kind and gentle getting the swabs and praised him a lot for his cooperation. The front desk staff is also incredible, they are always kind on the phone, answer questions directly, and I don’t ever feel like I’m getting the run around. They will explain any charges, clarify instructions, and never act like they’re too busy for you. I’m sure they have their days but I’ve yet to see one. :)"
