"A wonderful getaway during colder seasons of the year. We have a timeshare that we spent points on to come last year, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The people were all quite pleasant and courteous, especially at the resort, of which I have already left a review for. We look forward to coming again next year (hopefully). We are nearly out of points, so unlikely able to visit until then. Kind regards!"

"The place looks great out side little out dated. Love the road coming in. Checking In takes long, once checked in. Went to our 2 bedroom, my restroom had hair in the tub and was not clean (tub, mirrors and floors, walls) and needed lots of tending too. Rooms need to be updated or repairs.I understand it’s a old resort. The marina is good has fishing water boat and boat rental. The water park gets packed as outsiders are welcome to purchase passes. Hunter was so welcoming and eager to help and truly listened to my concern. Kristen had a great attitude and vibe. Need more attraction for kids that should not cost. Most fun things to do it cost money. Bring tennis balls and rackets and putters and balls. Bikes to ride around beautiful. The great thing about the water park is it’s good all year around and temp set. Tubes are included at the water park bring a small lock or pay $10. Band was truly amazing. The food was not that bad and the team inside were great. Two pools at the resort. They have a little store for small things. The drive to Tyler is 18 min if you need to go to target or Walmart and Starbucks. Definitely check out Salt Grass and tell Megan and Susanna. Truly 4 star service with Texas hospitality."

"Nice, clean and fun for everyone. Rented the beach room for party and was worth it. Only downside is not allowing outside food and rules to go by....other than that staff is helpful and nice. You can buy everything you need more or less on-site. Kept up well and plenty of places to sit and swim"

"Very nice, totally, indoor waterpark. I went during school hours so there were not a lot of kids. That gave me the luxury to not have to wait in line for the water slides. They also have a wave pool, a lazy river, and a kids area."

"We made a quick trip to take the kids to the indoor water park at the end of August. Perfect time to go, not crowded or busy at all. The cabin was OK. The carpet was disgusting but what carpet isn't in a rental room? The indoor water park was alot smaller than I remember but it was fine for 2-3 hrs.they had a mini shallow wave pool, 2 body slides,2 tube slides, small lazy river(raft shortage) and a toddler playground. Life guards seemed mostly responsible. But only one life guards (the little blonde girl) were over kill fussing at all the babies and toddlers parents for everything including breathing. She's the reason you wouldn't want to stay long or enjoy your experience. Which is why I put 4 instead of 5 stars."
