"Incredible selection and great service on hard goods, have gotten great help with skis and boots that needed worked on. Gotta say though, I know hiring good staff is tough in this area, but seems like you either get semi-aggressive gear beta or completely ignored by the staff upstairs. Once went in looking for high top boots for work, repeatedly got told I really should be wearing trail runners despite my insistence that they weren’t suitable for my job… another time spent over an hour trying on shell bibs and spent $500 without ever speaking to one of the several staff members that were working. Regardless the great selection will keep me coming back."
