Reviews
"Everyone was knowledgeable and positive, and truthfully, I didn't witness a lot of profiling. I'm sure there was some going on, but at least they hid it. Doesn't make for a very comfortable shopping experience when a kid who can arrest orbat least detain you follows you because you decided to be a minority today and need clothes or electronics."
"Omg. Traveling through Las Vegas and stopped at this location for few items. Never seen any Walmart like this one. I'm from a small town and Walmart is nice and organized. This place is really like a zoo. Everything is locked up? You have to find a employee to open up locked glass cabinet. After they get your item they then put inside a storage container with a lock and security tab. 60 percent of items are locked up. My son needed a $2 screwdriver. It was locked up inside the glass cabinet. Do you really need to lock them up? Do they get stolen often. I need a deodorant and also locked up. Do people really steal deodorant? Back home nothing is locked up on my small town Walmart. I'm glad I don't live here. Overall it's a scechy place but the employees were all helpful and nice when I needed them open up the locked cabinets."
"This store is horrible and so are the employees. There is no customer service here at all, the employees act like you are bothering them when asked to do their jobs. The self check outs are always closed, there are only ever 2 open on one side only so you have to stand in line to even check out. Rarely are there any actual registers open. Almost everything in the men's department is under lock and key so you have to wait till an employee feels like showing up to get you anything. If you use the self check out be prepared to be accused of stealing stuff because If you don't scan fast enough or take something off a hanger it dings the employee who then will watch the video and still say your stealing. This store needs to really re train on customer service, the people at rhe McDonald's are nicer then them."
"This Walmart is in very close proximity to me. I cannot say I prefer it, but I do shop there once in a while. Today will be my last day doing so. I was humiliated and felt disappointed by the treatment. I was in the cosmetics area waiting in line to purchase items and another shopper came up and did not say excuse me or anything. As she looked at me like I was scum, she turned around and told the other shoppers "oh excuse me." She pushed into my cart as if to say "move" and proceeded to tell the clerk what she wanted from behind the glass case. I was standing right there waiting to check out before she even came into the area so I thought the cashier would get her items and then go ahead and check me out next. However, after she got her items the cashier ignored me and began ringing her up as if I was not standing there waiting before her. I suppose she got a kick out of that because she smirked as the cashier ignored me. I wanted to tell the cashier how unfair it was that I was standing there in line and she ignored me but by that point I had lost the energy. I walked around for a few minutes in tears and disbelief how in 2024 things are still this way. I decided not to purchase anything there, and I will not return."
