Burlington

"MESSY STORE/BAD SERVICE I just happened to take a picture of my son trying on shoes, but you can see that it was insanely messy. There was stacks of shoes everywhere, clothes laying all over the place, loud beeping noises kept going off and no one cared to trun them off, and the clothes that were hung up were in the wrong place. Also, the escalators were broken. WORST PART: The lady that rang us up insisted on walking back 10 feet and hanging up the hanger between every item that we bought. Then she thought we stuffed stuff on the counter and asked us to start handing her things to put in her go back cart before she would give us our total. It took over TEN minutes for her to ring us up and there was NO ONE in line behind us. Why could she have not cleaned her counter and hung up hangers after we left?!?! Also, side note... there was a TON of go back items stashed all over her front counter, but I wasn't about to tell her that as I needed to get out of there! No good deal would make me want to go back there and deal with all of that again. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is for people that are desperate to give their kids a nice brand for a great deal, then come deal with this trashy hole in the ground."

"Somewhat disappointed by this outlet as I've been to Burlingtons in other States which were way better organised & staff were more helpful. They definitely need more staff here, it's a shambles & it's so frustating when you're looking through your size area & you find more items mixed in from other sizes than there are your size! I found great items that were my size located in the entirely wrong size sections. I just think other stores are getting on top of this better than this store is handling it. Because this ocurred non stop throughout, I kind of lost interest to keep shopping as it was exhausting having to check ALL sizes for items that were my size, since everything was so mixed up. It puts people off shopping. Also they closed down the big fitting room area & had just 2 fitting rooms open for the entire store - ridiculous!! I ended up buying all my items, trying them on where I was staying, then returned whatever didn't fit. There was no way in hell I was going to wait over an hour just to get into one of the 2 fitting rooms, then be harrassed constantly by so many waiting for the rooms to be vacant. None of this encourages customers to return."

"This Burlington store is located on the strip you take the elevator or escalator down. It’s in the bottom level. Even security was very friendly and had a warm welcome. There’s lots of items for selection to purchase sizes were a little bit weird trying to find them. They reuse the hangers though, so I didn’t purchase anything I got a little frustrated trying to find my size so I did leave and go next-door to Ross where I found more items. If the store was more organized, I probably would’ve purchased some items here."

"This Burlington is huge. It is literally on the Las Vegas strip downstairs. It is very long so it takes a while to walk around the whole thing. They were well stocked and some departments, but empty in the apartments staff was pretty friendly. I appreciated how clean and organized this Burlington is."

"Great deals! From the time we walked in we were graded, possibly even assaulted LOL by three very pleasant and cheerful employee/security guard readers. Kind of caught me off guard they were so enthusiastic and I love it.! I was only planning on looking for a shirt but ended up with three or four pairs of shorts several shirts a bunch of socks etc. Everything was 50% off the already sale price. Good quality merchandise at a very good price. I bought stuff I didn’t even need LOL. If you’re in Las Vegas and you need some good affordable clothes stop in.!"
