"I went to the Guess store (7059) and I had a traumatic experience with your customer service agents. The salesperson (380514)/cashier (383617) who rung up my purchased items, took off the sensors then put one in my bag. As I exited the store the alarm went off, so the customer service clerk Ronnie could check my bag. He stated she accidently dropped the sensor in my bag. As a black woman, I know this was done on purpose. I let him know this was triggering and unacceptable."
"They would not refund my $49.00 I was Entitled to. Only refunded me $11. Had to Dispute with my credit card company. They understood and refunded my money. Customer Service said they would give me a gift card. I said no thank you I am never shopping there again."
