"I shop often at this particular Old Navy. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. The store is always clean and stocked. Staff willing to locate items not out on the racks. Store is always staffed appropriately so the long is never more than 2 people deep to check out (unlike other stores in the same shopping plaza that you have to wait a good 10 minutes in line to check out). I like how the staff at Old Navy understands the importance of retail stores and is always willing to find the item, have an item sent over from another store, or order the item for you instead of telling you to order it on line. Customer service is rare these days but this store has it dialed in!"
