"I live in Henderson but instead of going to the Fashion Show mall I decided to try out the Downtown Summerlin location. I had the BEST experience. The store is a good size and has a lot of merchandise. I remember going to the Gap store that was once at Town Square; the Gap at Downtown Summerlin is at least twice as big which made me ridiculously happy; I intentionally went in search for pants to wear to the office, and there were SO many that it was a bit unbelievable. In the past, with Town Square, I'd become used to, "Oh, our store doesn't carry that" and so it was such a pleasant experience to find everything I'd loved online in the store itself. What made my visit especially wonderful though was Roslyn! She was SUPER amazing. She was so kind and so helpful and courteous to everyone that she helped. All of her customers left with smiles, including me! :D I'm so glad I made the drive!"
