"I had an order to go pick up at this store, but I got a receipt to my email and I thought, maybe they will hold my order for 24 hours like the store at Best of the West (BTW way better customer service). I told her briefly why I couldn't pick up my order, and it didn't phase her. She said she had done all the returns earlier today. I told her the store at Best of the West said they can hold my order for 24 hours. I assumed this store would do the same. But she sounded so rude at the end by telling me in a rude tone of voice "have a good day." She didn't care about what I told her. The customer service from her vs. the one at Best of the West was the complete opposite. I don't think I want to shop at this Old Navy again. If she's been having a bad morning or bad week, that doesn't mean she should take it on customers."
"This is my favorite location in Vegas. It's not as convenient a location as others, but I'll drive the extra distance to shop here. The kids section and selection is always neat and well stocked. The women's section is clean, well organized and stocked. Plenty of size options. The staff is always helpful and friendly."
