"As always, McDonalds tops service in the fast food industry. Food has not changed in flavor or quantity. Still the same. Prices, well, like everything else escalated! Wish they would roll back the prices!!"
"I don't know what's changed besides new people every time, they don't honor the one free courtesy sauce, they mess up orders regularly then got better for a short time, then went back to messing up again. They need better training and they shouldn't ask for donations and make people pay extra just to give customers the wrong order. I paid extra for certain extras and didn't get what I paid for. Double check your order before leaving the drive thru window. Best advice I can give. And when asking for the free courtesy sauce, they're not supposed to have a problem with that. Attitudes could be much better too."
"2 stars on the food because my fries were hot. I was excited to try the shamrock shake. Check the ad. This is what I got. I even mentioned it didn't appear as advertised and no response. Why is this acceptable?"
"I have been to this mcdonalds quite a few times. I have had some issues in the past so i typically avoid it. So, keeping it honest. This time, food was fresh, line short, and help with the kiosk was provided. Then, an employee went above and beyond her name is Sadie. She saw I was in the play area with my child, and I asked if she could grab me ranch. She said yes. She didn't have to do that. But she did. My daughter was not interrupted due to this. The management here has to be excellent to have this kind of service."
"Food was great. This location closes its lobby whenever they feel like it. We got our order, sat down and began to eat and then we were asked to leave because they were closing, it was only 8:30pm on Wednesday night. Four other guests tried to enter to place their orders and were turned away. Posted closing time is 9pm. Took the fun out of having McDonald's."
