"I liked this jack-in-the-box but after today, I dont know if I would eat here again.. I was using the restroom at 7pm (girls restroom). A worker went inside and used the restroom and did not wash their hands afterwards. That is disgusting not to mention, a compelete health hazard. These people touch our food , and they don't wash their hands after they use the public restrooms here. That's disgusting also these restrooms are not well kept either, so the things theyre handling aren't even clean either (the bathroom stalls for example).. you need to speak to your employees and teach them how to use the restroom. I dont care if they used a sink once they were back in the employee area, as. Aguest , seeing that is so off-putting and just flat out disgusting."
"disappointed from start to finish, the packaging is smaller now than before, the fries content was only half the size promised, the picture is worth a thousand words, a big disappointment my visit to JIB. I never come back at least not at 6 in the morning, the employees are very selfish with the portions..."
