"Stay clear of this dollar tree terrible customer service absolutely the worst it's after 8:00 they would not answer the door when they're staring at us from the other side of the glass and then when you call she says well I don't know what time we're going to open I'm short staffed but there's three people standing right in front of me on the other side of the window and she hung up on me I'll be calling the corporate office for this one absolutely unacceptable. How many people does it take to run a dollar store at 8:00 in the morning one two at the most. And if these are corporate owned stores they need to reevaluate who they putting in charge of their individual stores because the trash bag they have holding the keys now is worthless and I've read other posts about this store and they all say Management's terrible lazy and terrible"
"I've called numerous times only to speak with a California Dollar Tree. The telephone number on the St. Rose website is wrong! Also, senior employees should be trained on providing excellent customer service and learn how to keep the store well stocked"
"I thought this place would be really convenient being right by my house. They can never open on time. Have people waiting in front. There’s even an older lady waiting with the oxygen machine. It’s just sad the work ethic these days of managers and staff. Also, they are understaffed at night and there is a line all the way back to the freezer. What a horrible place to put customers and employees in. Bad management or upper management."
"The management does not staff based on the demands. You will wait in line at the register for a good 15 minutes if its remotely busy. Management sees the line and doesnt even offer the poor clerks help by opening another line to expedite checking customers out."
"Tried on many occasions on trying to come here, last time it showed Christmas hours and now New Years hours yet the tempoary closure paper is still up? Hopefully it will allow customers inside, every time I stopped by employees were visable in the store."
