"I have ordered takeout here twice, and both experiences were delightful, with my most recent visit being the most pleasant. The restaurant is spotless, and the staff’s customer service skills are superb. Linda, in particular, has an excellent attitude and demonstrates supreme customer service skills. I have tried other Subway restaurants in this area of town where the bread was harder than brick, and the staff acted bothered once I arrived. At this location, the bread is soft, and the business is professional. What a difference a location and a happy face behind the counter make! I highly recommend this particular restaurant, and I will return sooner than later."
"Bought a sandwich with online app and picked it up and went off to work not knowing they have given me the wrong order. And when I contacted them they pretty much said my order was made by the employee caught in video. They were three of us in the restaurant waiting and I said my name and didn’t think anything of it but when I open it at work it was wrong. I ordered a non toast grilled chicken and this what they gave me . Also basically calling me a liar."
"Showed up to the so called 24 hour subway only to find the door locked and the male employee getting paid to turn customers away. If it were my business, I'd fire him in a heartbeat. If you are hungry at 2am skip this place and go to robertos they actually are open and happy to help."
"This is a very nice and freshly renovated Subway shop in this part of Las Vegas. The renovations are done very nicely, and they look much better than many other Subways. The staff here has always been excellent, and the food is typical of Subway. If you haven't tried Subway in a while, consider checking out this one."
"Besides the fact that the sandwich looked like it was probably sat on at some point, I’m not sure I ever remember Subway utilizing blocked cream cheese. I also wasn’t aware that they started using brown sand-which bags to deliver their subs. Is it me or is the food industry starting to work from home also? I could have made a more delicious & hygienic sub shopping at the dollar store."
