"Placed an order at 7:09 and was told it would be ready at 7:20 pm. At 8:05 the gentleman decided to check on me to tell me that I'm 3rd in line of the pizza going in. It's now officially 8:20 pm and still waiting on my food. The doordashers are getting their food before everyone...Wouldn't be a huge issue if I didn't have all my little kids with me. Just be prepared for extremely slow wait time and slim chance of customer service"
"My husband and I ordered at 2:15PM and by 4:15PM we finally canceled it. We never got our one pizza that we ordered and after waiting 2 hours were finally disappointed enough to leave despite the promise of "just 10 more minutes". Very disappointed. We were excited for the new menu options but now I'm not sure I'll be back for a while."
"This place is absolutely horrible. The wait times are insane. There’s no customer service. The crazy bread is not crazy at all. As there is never any seasoning on it. It’s literally plain bread sticks. The crazy puffs have burned cheese on the top and are thrown into a large pizza box to be handed to you. This place is terrible. And every review on Yelp for the last 10 months is a 1/5. Shut this place down."
"Little Caesars isn’t hot and ready any more. Its swipe your card and then wait 15 to 20 minutes. You can literally order Pizza Hut or any other pizza place where the quality is better and the same price.At the minimum tell people before they pay it’s not hot and ready."
"Ordered delivery stuffed pretzel crust and received regular pizza and they just threw salt all over it. Also half the pizza was like thin like they just smashed the pizza or soemthing and the other half was normal. It wasn’t smashed, that’s just how thin half the pizza was for some reason. Called to talk and see if I could get it corrected since I did pay $4 extra for pretzel crust and the phone just rang for 10 minutes, also not the first time I’ve attempted to call them in previous orders. They just never answer the phone EVER. Filed a complaint through corporate because it’s ridiculous they just let the phone ring over and over again and never answer."
