"Last week I ordered from Pizza Hut at 274 S Decatur in Las Vegas and it took 2 hours to receive. Last night I ordered and the order never arrived. I called the Call Center and Corporate several times. I was told the store is not answering the phone. They take your money immediately, so let's see how long it will be before I get a REFUND. DO NOT order from this store unless you want a headache. There are other pizza joints in town."
"Seriously this place is just pure trash!!!!! I place an order online@620pm, it’s 730pm & nothing. I called the store & they said they switched it to carry out, I went to the store & just for them to say they never received the order or that door dash took the order! Other employees were stating they remember giving out the order but I didn’t receive anything. Then I asked for my money back & the manager in charge said it got voided but I wasn’t notified. How was is voided when they switched it to “Carry out” I asked for my money back but they were still saying it got voided. I paid for the order with the delivery fee & + a tip. Seriously I will not order Pizza Hut again! I was born & raised here, & I would always choose Pizza Hut over any other pizza place but I’ll keep giving my business Dominos instead. No thank you!"
