"I love near by and go here once or twice a month for years. My only real gripe is that I have NEVER EVER not been parked. For years. Quit using it as an excuse to clear timers and give me my food in a timely manner."
"This place is so slow. It’s supposed to be fast food, but there is nothing fast about it. Went to the Craig location in the north west Las Vegas at 8pm it took 40 mins. Website also says the dining room closes at 10, but it was closed. So I ended up stuck in a line of cars and couldn’t get out of the line. I may have to take my business somewhere else. Just crazy"

"Been to lots of fast food places and always get the same service. People talking over you and saying “anything else” after every item and then rushing you and being short with you or not personable. Just repeating the same basic words and trying to get you in and out of there. BUT, today ROBERT was so friendly, patient and helpful. He actually changed my mood for the day. He didn’t rush me when putting my money away or dangle food in front of my face while I’m putting my change away. He kindly told me to take my time. I also saw him being upbeat and positive and encouraging the other staff. We see a lot through the window and it was a nice change to see someone so friendly and positive who makes you feel like a person rather than just another car making them work. Thank you Robert! Your kindness may take energy and seem silly, but I promise you actually change people’s moods and days with your positivity!"
"My husband and I left Jack in the box without buying anything. When we were in the drive through we waited more than 5 min for someone to take our order. Not even please wait. We drove to the window and the lady there was upset. She refused to take our order and she told us to go back to drive through. And we refused to do so we left."
