"Fiest time ever had bad food at this location. Literally got home 3 minutes after ordering a breakfast platter w/oj, and a Supreme croissant wih/iced coffee. I was told it would be a moment. No big. Cause it's fresh and hot. NOPE. Ice cold, everything. Had to nuke it all, put yhe potatoes patty in the toaster (oily). Cheese on croissant wasn't even melted. Egg in/on both dishes over done. I'm really sad, because the girl at the window was so great. Food a big fat zero. I'll think twice before coming here at 6:30am. Very disappointing."
"Did online order got home and didn’t receive 2jumbo jacks. I called to advise I was coming back to get them. The person said on I guess and then hung up on me. When I called back I asked why he hung up on me he said there was no need to say goodbye to me when I said I was coming there. I will never go to Jack in the Box again if they have terrible customer service like this. Now I just had the person call my number and sit there and then sat there only to say hello and hang up on me. So unprofessional and very scary."

"Went to grab some food at 7:05 and doors were all locked, sign says dining opens at 6:00. People inside just looked at me and kept on with whatever they were doing. The drive-thru was open but my work truck would never fit. Can't say anything about food quality since I had to go somewhere else."
