"Off The Hook is a hidden gem located on the outskirts of Las Vegas. It's a unique restaurant that combines culinary innovation and timeless tradition. Their award-winning tri-tip is a haven of barbecue perfection that has become well-known among discerning palates for its irresistible taste. The restaurant is a culinary oasis that promises a gastronomic adventure with every dish. Whether you want to try something new or indulge in your favorite flavors, Off The Hook is the perfect place to explore and enjoy unforgettable dining experiences. Founded in 2005, Tri-Tip has been a beacon of excellence in Las Vegas's bustling culinary landscape. As a family-owned catering company turned dining destination, it has earned its place as the epitome of barbecue mastery, captivating the hearts and taste buds of locals and visitors alike. The moment you step into Tri-Tip's inviting ambiance, you are immediately enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality, where every detail exudes sophistication and charm. The interiors are thoughtfully designed with rustic elements, creating a cozy and welcoming environment. The crown jewel of Tri-Tip's menu is the brisket Philly cheesesteak sandwich—a true masterpiece of flavor and ingenuity. The slow-smoked brisket, kissed by the essence of mesquite, is cooked to perfection, then layered with a symphony of peppers, velvety melted provolone cheese, and crowned with a flourish of crispy fried onions, all cradled within the embrace of a toasted hoagie. It's a harmonious fusion of barbecue tradition and culinary innovation, a symphony of taste that lingers on the palate long after the last bite. But Off The Hook's brilliance extends far beyond its signature sandwich. With each glance at the meticulously crafted menu, one is met with a tantalizing array of dishes, each promising a gastronomic adventure waiting to unfold. Every offering embodies the essence of barbecue perfection, from savory ribs to mouthwatering pulled pork. As you reluctantly bid farewell to Off The Hook, your taste buds already yearn for the subsequent encounter with its culinary delights. This establishment is destined for greatness, poised to soar to new heights of success. In fact, it's high time for Off The Hook to consider expanding its horizons and embarking on the journey towards a second location—a testament to its unwavering commitment to excellence and its enduring legacy in barbecue. In conclusion, Off The Hook is more than a restaurant; it's a destination—a sanctuary where barbecue aficionados converge to indulge in the sublime flavors of smoke, fire, and passion. So, whether you're a seasoned barbecue enthusiast or simply seeking a transcendent dining experience, allow us to ignite your senses and elevate your culinary journey to new heights."

"I admit I'm a bit biased due to living close by and wanting a good local restaurant. But it's pretty good. I went on the weekend and had the bbq (bbq is Friday to Sunday). 5pm on a Friday to be exact. Service was good and the place is nice. I had the tri-tip and brisket with Mac and cheese and potato salad as my sides. The brisket was good i enjoyed it. But the tri-tip was way better. Sliced thin with a sear. It had great flavor. The potato salad was good as well. Mac and cheese was a bit meh. I'd call it buttered noodles with cheese sprinkled on top. The gf had the tri-tip and brisket as well because she copies me! But mexican street corn and Cole slaw as sides. Corn and slaw were good as well."
