"I just want to start out by saying I love the food. Always comes out great. The big issue is the wait time. I've let it slide a couple time but now people need to know, this location is horrible. They are always short staffed. It doesn't matter if you order from the app for ASAP or ahead of time. Today I ordered ahead of time for dinner, I placed my order at 4 PM and to be picked up at 5:30 PM. I get here at 5:30 and the lady doesn't even care about my order because she is clocking out. And then 10 minutes after speaking with her, another associate comes and speaks to me and explains its going to be another 20 minutes. This location is terrible when it comes to time. *UPDATE* I finally got my order at 6:18 PM. Never ordering from this location again. And just so everyone knows, my order was 1 regular pep, 1 cheese stuffed crust pizza and 1 order of the bread sticks w/ sauce."
