"This place is a ghost town with more employees than customers. You’d think customer service would be phenomenal since they have 2 customers and 30 staff members. The staff will make you wait until they finish their conversations with other staff members just to act like you’re interrupting them. I’ve been to this place three times and every time the experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! The food is inconsistent, sometimes it's good sometimes it’s inedible. Thanks to the gay guy in the curbside place that made me wait, you are truly the perfect representation of what this P.F. Chang is, trash. Wish I could give this place zero stars staff alone act like Burger King employees."

"Very, very good, and friendly service. Even though we had a late reservation (9:00 pm) they treated us like it was an early one. Didn't rush at all. We appreciated that. Thank you again."

"Honestly, it's easy to find cheaper and better Chinese food elsewhere. The orange chicken wasn't crispy. The crab & pork belly fried rice was lacking in umami and wasn't a good combination. The portion sizes were lacking for a family style restaurant."

"Friday late afternoon at the PF Chang was just a okay experience taking a visual around the joint i noticed the service crew thus also the customers looked very moody and somber, service with a smile was not to be had, thus I gave a 1 star, The lettuce wraps were the main thing I ordered and shared with my lady. Crispy and juicy is how I would describe these lettuce wraps. One of my bros was wearing a funky shirt and got a good compliment from the waitress which made his day, The fried rice was delicious and the service was fairly good, this experience just did not check off all the boxes but was filling and fun with the work family experience."

"The dishes get more refined every year and I really enjoy the great tastes. My favorite is always the eggplant dish (traditionally Hunan eggplant), served just like that: juicy chunks of somewhat sweet/garlicky/salty/mildly spicy perfectly stir fried. Other fine dishes were fried rice, Singapore noodles (curry flavor throughout) and walnut chicken on crispy white noodles. The service was adequate. An important message from a beer connoisseur: the glass matters. I had the unfortunate experience of 2 different beers arriving dead flat. I realized that the shape of the glass (unusual) killed the carbonation. Bottled beers would not normally be flat. Please buy some normal beer glasses! The finishing touch is always the Great Wall of chocolate. Enough for the table to share and chocolate to the max."
