"They say they are open but the teenagers running this place close the lobby at 6pm moat days. Its 8 exactly right now and the lobby been locked for a while now. And no you all aren't cleaning either."
"I would give zero stars if I could. I have been going to Jack In The Box since I was a kid, almost 30 years. Today, at this location, I had the worst food and experience I have ever had. Ordered TWO chicken sandwiches with sauce and pickles, two ingredients. The sandwich is supposed to be smothered in sauce. Get home, no pickles on either and such a small amount of sauce, you can barely taste it. 6.50 for piece of chicken on a bun. I order a milkshake at 9:30pm, they close at 12:30am mind you, "we are out of milkshakes." Guys were rude, didn't bother to give napkins or ask if my pregnant wife and I wanted any sauces. Absolute disgrace of a location, truly appalling."
"Awful visit to this location...my bf and I needed a quick dinner after a long day of work. What we got was other half of a toasted bread of a sourdough combo#1 meal and i had #3 combo that's been sitting under the heat lamp all day with stale fries...they either need to make changes or fire the cook!!!! I have pictures to prove it too!!!!"

"This jack in the box has been hit or miss with a batting average of .375 You might have to wait an hour in the drive-through because they are short-handed inside, so they have it closed. Almost always dirty on the inside and not very welcoming. The staff seems to be switching out a lot. I wouldn't blame them. It must be very stressful."
