"This location is usually ran a lot better. Stopped in tonight and went to the drive thru but the one car ahead of me was ordering so much stuff that there was a very long wait. I decided to go inside. There's a bunch of kids working. No greeting. No one checked on us to see if we had been helped until 5-10 minutes later. At that point, I had placed the order on the machine myself. While it's fine that they clean when there's no customers, but cleaning fluids should not be around the food as shown in the photos. The drive thru should NOT be for those that are placing orders for the entire office etc. The person had a sheet of paper reading a long list of stuff. The food was subpar tonight. The containers for the nacho cheese were partially filled. This was a waste of money and waste of time. The food was not hot although it took 10 minutes to get our order. Definitely need a remake on this order. Hopefully, others had a better experience than we did tonight."
"If you like Taco Bell, just choose a different location. So I ordered a number 2 soft taco supreme, with no tomato. She asked if we wanted it soft or hard (which would be a number 1 if it were hard) and why order a combo if it’s not supreme? I know this is fast food, but a simple request for no tomato doesn’t seem that hard, and it’s so cold the cheese was still solid. Not every fast food place has to treat their food like garbage. I recommend the other location by the target?"
