"Not confused at all about the low rating. 1st, traffic flow to this location is terrible. If you are heading west on Sky Canyon...no problem...easy in and out. Heading east? Sucks. 2nd, all they have are kiosks to place your own order and personally I suck at it and it takes me forever. I don't like them (even though I know exactly why McDonalds needs to use them.) Lastly, the bathroom is locked and you have to ask an employee permission to get buzzed into the toilet. I don't like that either. Otherwise, employees were nice and the food was the same McDonalds taste you know and love."
"I asked for a well done English muffin since they’re usually undercooked but this is just burnt. I was asked to pull forward to the 2nd and wait, 6 cars went through before mine came out just for it to look like that. They also forgot my drinks."
"A bit confused about why this place has a 2.7 rating. We ordered at the front counter since we had coupons. No menu, so keep that in mind. Staff was friendly, food didn't take too long to come out, tasted like usual McDonald's!"
"As you walk through the door, you are greeted by a friendly associate that points you towards a self serve kiosk to place your order. Assistance is offered if needed. Once you’ve placed your order, select a seat and a team member brings out your food and drinks. There is one monitor/register at the counter but a team member is not assigned to it. The view of the kitchen is blocked by walls. There is no self serve station for drinks, condiments or napkins. A sign states that you can ask a crew member for assistance, but there’s no bell or anything to be able to gain their attention from behind the walls. It is unclear if drink refills are allowed. Aside from my initial interaction when I walked in, everything else felt off. They have two drive thru lanes and several parking areas for drive thru wait or mobile pick ups. Currently, with several other buildings in this complex still undergoing construction, exiting the area by the single lane going out to sky canyon park can be a bit of a wait."
