"Incredible pizza !!!!! The best pizza I’ve ever had on this side of the country hands down and also Amazing people here too sat and talked to David and Tony and these are some amazing people really can’t get over the cheese pizza and garlic knots I had to grab another slice before I left it was so incredible, if we’re on a portnoy scale I’m definitely going 9.5 probably a 10 because I don’t know what it’s missing but Dave portnoy needs to check this place out"

"This place is genuinely one of the best places to get true Italian pizza in Las Vegas. Not only is it super reasonably priced it is beyond worth it. You can get just about anything your heart desires and the taste is so good! We got a large half pepperoni and half supreme and devoured it! This place is owned by some of the nicest people that you’ll ever meet. We were able to chat with them and talk to them while we ate. Antonio is originally from Italy and now owns this pizzeria with his family. We felt like apart of the family while we were there! We can’t wait to come back!"

"Out of this world!! We had Garlic Knots, Stromboli, Calzone & Pizza and everything tasted amazing! Edges of the Calzone were the perfect amount of crispy and the inside was cheesy and gooey deliciousness. Pizza was classic hand tossed and full of fresh toppings. You can tell everything is homemade and fresh. Service was impeccable and we felt welcomed as if we were sitting in their home to eat. We’ve definitely found our new favorite place to eat and order in! THANK YOU!"

"This place just opened a few months ago, and let's just say, it's a great addition to the neighborhood. The place is clean and immaculate. If you're in the mood for a no-frills pizzeria with generous portions, please check out Piesano East Coast Pizza. My partner and I decided to check out the place based on the recent reviews and oh boy, we weren't disappointed. The thing that stands out the most about this place is the incredible dough. I kept biting more and more into my slices, as they were so good and chewy. We got a 20" pizza with half Meat Lover and half Supreme. Both were good, but we definitely prefer the Supreme. The amount of toppings, sauce and time in the oven was just perfect. While we were waiting, the pizzaiolo checked in on us a few times, which was really nice. You could tell the ownership is really looking to build a sense of community with Piesano East Coast Pizza. I couldn't help, but smile. Piesano East Coast Pizza - thank you again for tonight's dinner. We'll definitely be back!"

"Unfortunately this was under new management. The taste of the pizza was very similar from the previous company, but the service wasn't too well. Maybe because it's an East Coast thing we ordered chicken wings. They seem to be under cooked and also the credit card machine taker does not work very well."
