"I ordered my dinner last night through Uber eats and regardless of who I ordered from regardless if it was in Jack in the box, Jack in the box is still responsible for the quality control of the food that they're preparing for the customers for Uber eats. I Indianapolis ordering my food and the first driver decided not to deliver my food because I was in the hospital the second driver decided to take my order I left 20% tip and the same point Jack in the box never remade the order cuz it took the first driver almost 25 minutes total time everything said and then decided not to take the order then the second driver came and it took another 15-20 minutes for her to even get and take the order and another 10 to 12 minutes and not really a shake no more I asked for No whip cream no cherries they added it anyways, they did it anyways, and ended up putting way to much Oreos and made it completely uneditable for anyone to enjoy. Also wants to driver got to my location she came out of the elevator handed me my food bag and the bag was really soaking wet on the bottom and the food started coming out she grabbed it then handed me my order and says here you go I told her I refuse to take the order she's like well I delivered it here you go and so I took the order placed it down and contacted Uber eats they never answer the phone so they were busy or too busy to take calls so I contacted Jack in The box and Jack in the box employee there was no manager and to find out what it was because a manager called out sick. Jack in the box this morning and the manager that said she was a manager said that they're not responsible for quality control contact Uber eats and right away she wouldn't let me speak she kept on speaking over me and says I'll give you the number to my district manager I said it's okay the phone call was recorded I'm going to contact corporate and let him know how I spoke to by you as well as the uneducated and not trained employee that basically messed up everything and made the whole order a mess in the first place."

"IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD. I went to this location on 2/12/2024 at around 9:30pm let me share my experience. I saw a pictire of the fish sandwich on the drive thru board it looked pretty good so I decided to go away from my normal burger and do something different. So with my other items I was about to pull off and noticed that the guy who took my order decided to omit the 2 orders of fries that I paid for. So get home open the wrapper and this is what I got. Now I generally have a low expectation of fast food I understand its not gonna be perfect or gourmet its fast food but this is horrible and lower than low effort. This trash cost $10 and this wasnt even worthy of going in my trash can let alone my body. I would rather have an angry Mike Tyson punch me in the stomach than eat this."

"This has nothing to do with customer service, because the lady was nice, but it’s disappointing to get my food and realize this is what they gave me as a medium fry. With how much you have to pay for food now, it’s ridiculous this is all they gave me. Especially after a long shift of working customer service myself."

"I went in to order and had to wait about 10 mins for someone to come to the register. Even though the person making the food saw us and told no one. I ordered 6 tacos. So that means I would get 12 tacos since you get 2 per order. Oh no, I got 6 tacos, and they were not even made right (see picture), which will explain. The service here is a hit and miss."

"Do not go to this location. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible employees. This experience makes me not want to go to ANY jack in the box locations ever again. The other day my son and I went to this location and ordered a few things. First, we waited at the window til their timer went past where it should for each customer, so they asked me to pull around out front. I did, and we sat there for 7m before they brought out our food. And there was an item missing. So I had to go inside. As soon as we went inside all the staff saw me and went and hid by the drive thru window where I couldn't see them. I waited another 8m before the manager came up to me, rolled her eyes, and said "ugh I know you're waiting for a burger" and I said "I am waiting, but not for a burger" she checked my receipt and was like "oh that wrap is sitting right here" and grabbed it off of the warming belt. She put it in the bag and immediately turned around to ignore me more. So we left, started eating our food and it was DISGUSTING. All the lettuce was SO wilted, the chicken was still COLD in the middle. And there was no bacon or cheese sauce on my potato wedges. Also, the potato wedges were severely undercooked. So, they were just this huge clump of uncooked potatoes. We didn't even eat any of it, it was so disgusting. I tried contacting Jack in boxes complaint site and that was quite a few days ago now.. no response yet. Basically just GAVE Jack in the box money for nothing."
