"What an incompetent service, every step of the way. Had an overnight package with signature required. Stayed home all day to get it. The driver did not come up to the apartment, didn't call for me to come down, simply marked it as unable to deliver and now stuck waiting for next business day to pick it up who knows where. Completely impossible to speak to a person via customer service number. Horrendous experience with UPS every time."

"Would not recommend very unhelpful and never open even though they have posted hours... instead you should go across the street to one stop mail shoppe theres hardly ever a line and they are always open for their posted hours plus they have the beat customer service in richfield. Brad and amy will make you feel like family 2200 w 66th st open m-f 9-5"
