"This is not a legit company. Harassing calls several times per day. I told them to send me whatever they have in writing, and the guy said "goodbye" and hung up after a long pause. LOL I knew there was no legitimate outstanding debt, but I wanted to know what they'd say. This is a 100% scam!"

"By far the most incompetent, rude and defensive people I've ever dealt with. Still haven't received a bill from these people and keep confirming with an address I no longer live at. I have requested a verification 3 times in the past month and am very close to retaining a lawyer. I am happy to pay my debt, but they have to do their job and no hang up every time they get upset that I won't pay the debt without confirming who they are. Spoke to a supervisor who got upset when I said I'd set up a payment plan online once I received a letter from them in the mail. It's actually laughable how bad these people are at their job."

"It’s a scam. I got a call today from someone there and I knew immediately it was a scam because I have gotten calls and texts from another “debt collector” agency named Hollis-Cobb Associates out of Georgia, and it was the same thing. Person calls and ask for name and then immediately tries to direct the call to another worker. If you get messages or calls from a random number about debts you know nothing about, then it’s a scam."

"SCAM. I called a few months ago to settle a debt, and agreed to pay 60% of it outright and close the case. She transfered me to a supervisor and I asked for a letter to confirm the amount before paying. They were SO RUDE!! She started bullying me and calling ME a liar, saying that I didn't actually have any money, and practically begging me to just give her my card number. She refused to send a letter, and I haven't heard from them since, even though they use to call 5+ times a day. Shady business."

"This company keeps harassing my daughter constantly and are very rude and unprofessional. Today is January 12th and we went through her call log and counted the number of calls and they have called her 20 times since Christmas. Twenty! In less than 20 days! They refuse to give her the name of the original creditor or the date of the service. The only thing they will tell her is the date that they acquired the account. They talk over her and refuse to let her finish a sentence. They keep bullying her to give them her credit or debit card number to pay the bill and then transfer her to a ‘supervisor’ when she refuses to give her credit/debit card information to them. She has asked for them to send her something in the mail to prove they are a legitimate company and that shows the name of the original creditor and amount and they refuse. They are following illegal debt collection practices by refusing to provide the original creditors name and the amount! They also threatened her and told her that if she doesn’t give them a payment right now she will be in danger! SCAM!"
